LADIES ONLY CROSSFIT Tuesday’s and Thursday’s from 9:30 until 10:30am, you will find a group of dedicated hard-working ladies. CALL or EMAIL for current class days and times. CROSSFIT KIDS BIRTHDAY PARTY Coach led activities: 45-60 minutes, Party room: 30 minutes for food and gifts. All food, drinks, presents, wrappers etc. For safety reasons, we ask that children NOT return to the gym or play on the equipment once the Coach led activities are over.

PERSONAL TRAINING This one is all about YOU. During your weekly one hour sessions you will exercise as well as discuss your nutrition with recommendations being made to help you achieve your goals. Out-of-town athletes and visitors do not apply and will be assessed a drop-in fee. Ins Drop-ins are welcome at CFP. We appreciate a heads up call or email prior to your arrival. Jake has played organized sports since he can remember. Experimenting with every diet and exercise program around led to the same cycle of losing weight only to gain it back. Angela has always worked out at a traditional gym but only to stay in shape. At the age of 44, Pete suffered from several medical conditions caused by a sedentary lifestyle. A former Army Ranger, Rick currently serves in the Ohio National Guard as an Infantry squad leader. Jen is a yoga instructor, a mom, wife and music teacher. Yoga flows through all aspects of my life, whether I’m on my yoga mat, doing homework with my kids or squatting in a WOD.

Led by Ben Bergeron, our staff will help you reach your goals and have a blast along the way. Try a Class for Free on the 1st Friday of every month! Arrive a few minutes early to meet your coach and tour the gym! Workouts will be designed for ALL ability levels. At CFNE, there are no egos and no room for bad attitudes.

Starting on Monday, April 16th, Dog House will hold another nutrition challenge. Over the next six weeks, we will be offering an Open Prep Course. This is for anyone who is needing to work on gymnastic skill work, barbell cycling, rowing, and much more. Congrats to Top Dog Bridget Bridget has been so consistent and dedicated to improving not only her fitness but her life.

She has attacked her nutrition head on and has made some awesome changes to ensure she is feeling good and performing like a rock star every time she steps foot in the gym. Congrats to Em and Court who both competed at the American Open Finals this weekend in California! Em took home 3 medals including GOLD overall. We are so proud of you both! How long have you been Crossfitting? Athletic background: I was never athletic when I was younger. I started to do yoga and run in my late 20’s and that’s led to where I am now. What is something no one knows about you? Congrats to Kev on winning the Xendurance Extreme Endurance challenge, and a big thanks to Mike for the awesome prizes. I was a little apprehensive about starting Cross Fit but the coaches at Dog House Cross Fit are amazing and so supportive.
