On behalf of the children, staff and Governors it gives me great pleasure to welcome you to the The plan of preparing a child for school at home School website. Applecroft School is more than a school, it is a rich, vibrant, inclusive community of learners who support one another. We are fully committed to developing each child’s unique potential, recognising them as individuals.

We work closely with parents and carers and value the strong partnerships we form to enable every child to succeed. At Applecroft pupil voice is powerful and is embedded in the ethos of the school. There is a buzz, an excitement that radiates throughout our school. Our highly skilled and valued team of staff ensure learning at Applecroft is challenging, engaging and motivates children to want to improve. Our creative curriculum is further enhanced with many extra curricular activities and opportunities meaning every day at Applecroft is different. If you have any questions or would like to visit us in person please do not hesitate to get in touch. Recently,  the Sunday Times published a list of the top 250 state primary schools in England and we are very proud to see the name of our school amongst them. We have been ranked as the joint 114th best state primary School in the country due to our excellent KS2 SATs results in 2016.
